User Data Deletion

AtlasSignal provides a clear process for users to request deletion of personal data associated with connected platform integrations and account workflows.
Request Deletion by Email
Send a request to atlassignal.ai@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your account email address
- Connected platform account identifiers (if applicable)
- Optional details on what you want deleted
AtlasSignal may request basic verification to protect account security.
Self-Service Option
You may disconnect connected accounts from platform settings (for example, YouTube, Meta platforms, X) at any time. Disconnecting stops future access for those integrations.
Deletion Timeline
After verification, AtlasSignal processes deletion requests within 7 business days.
If legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or compliance obligations require temporary retention of specific records, those records are restricted and retained only as required by law.
What Gets Deleted
When applicable and permitted by law, AtlasSignal deletes:
- Stored integration tokens and related connection metadata
- User-associated workflow and publishing records
- Contact records not needed for legal compliance
