AtlasSignal respects user consent, user control, and transparent data handling. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when using AtlasSignal services at https://atlassignal.in.
Introduction
AtlasSignal is a content management and publishing platform that helps users create, review, and publish content across supported channels. AtlasSignal also provides analytics and workflow tooling to support user-approved publishing decisions.
All publishing actions are user-initiated or user-approved. AtlasSignal does not send unsolicited messages on your behalf.
Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact data: email address, display name, and account identifiers you provide.
- Connected platform data: tokens, account/page/channel IDs, and permissions granted through OAuth or platform authorization.
- Publishing and workflow data: drafts, captions, media metadata, publication status, and approval actions.
- Analytics and performance data: engagement metrics, post/video metadata, and operational usage logs.
- Technical and security data: error logs, service diagnostics, and anti-abuse telemetry.
We collect only the information reasonably required to provide the features you enable.
How We Use Data
AtlasSignal uses data to:
- Authenticate and maintain connected platform integrations.
- Publish or schedule content when you explicitly request or approve it.
- Provide workflow visibility, status updates, and analytics insights.

YouTube API Services
AtlasSignal uses YouTube API Services for user-authorized publishing and related analytics workflows.

- Data accessed (based on granted scopes): channel metadata, video metadata, upload status, and analytics-related metadata needed for publishing insights.
- Purpose: upload and manage user-approved video content, monitor publishing outcomes, and present performance insights.
- User control: you can revoke access at any time through your Google account permissions and by disconnecting YouTube in AtlasSignal.
- Google API Services User Data Policy: AtlasSignal complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
AtlasSignal does not use Google user data for unrelated advertising purposes and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or ML models.
Meta Platform Services (Facebook and Instagram)
AtlasSignal may use Meta Platform APIs for user-authorized publishing workflows (for example, Facebook Page video/reel publishing and Instagram reel publishing).

Data accessed (based on granted permissions) can include business account/page identifiers, media publish status, and content metadata needed to execute user-approved publishing.
User control: you can revoke Meta/Instagram permissions at any time through account settings and by disconnecting integrations in AtlasSignal.
Data Sharing Policy
AtlasSignal does not sell personal data.
Data is shared only when necessary to provide requested service functionality, including:
- Platform APIs you explicitly connect (for example: YouTube, Meta platforms, X).
- Infrastructure and security providers required to run AtlasSignal safely.
- Legal or regulatory requests when disclosure is required by applicable law.
Any sharing is limited to the minimum scope needed for the relevant purpose.
Data Retention
AtlasSignal retains data for only as long as necessary to:
- Provide user-requested features and workflow history.
- Maintain security and fraud prevention controls.
- Satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.
When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized according to operational retention controls.
Security Measures
AtlasSignal implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

- Periodic review of integration scopes and credential handling.
No system can guarantee absolute security, but AtlasSignal continuously works to protect user data.

- Revoke OAuth permissions directly at the platform account level.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of relevant personal data.
